Gaterfest was a great tournament. Met a lot of cool gamers that I can see have the same pbuttoxion for gaming as I do. Dean and the guys made the best out of the tight seating that was giving to them at the last min. (hope that never happens again ). I would have LOVED to play the finals one more time, as I know I was off my game and played very bad. Also as a benchmark for my game play , I had played shifter how took 3rd around 10-15 games and never lost to him. I and I do believe Gilky and Court (but I cant speak for them )was surprised that the loser’s bracket guys placed over the winners in the finals. I guess that’s what you get when given two chances to win. So this brings me to a Question… as this was my 1st tournament and I need to learn . In double elimination FFA Finals should it not be the best out of 3, and place according to your average? As the top four winners were only given one and out ? Maybe OneManKrew can answer that one for me. Also I do understand your not going to have double elimation FFA again . Great to hear about Fort Drum, plain on going sign me up. PEACAMAKER

We decided that come the Championship it was going to be winner takes all. Thats just what we figured to do for a double elim. FFA. We will not be doing any other double elim. ffas you are correct, we will be running single elim ffa, 2v2 and 4v4's. But Fort Drum is a go! So everyone get ready because in 3 weeks UGL brings it to you once again. - PeacE on3
